The Resort is designed to be a serene tropical escape in Krabi, Thailand, where every guest can relax and reconnect with nature. Nestled beside a calm lake and facing the region’s iconic rocky mountain, the resort offers uninterrupted views from every room and the main building, creating a truly peaceful atmosphere. The property spans 7 RAI (around 11,000 square meters), with half of that space taken up by the lake, leaving the remaining land for thoughtfully planned villas and guest areas.
The arrival experience is carefully designed to impress, with guests welcomed by a breathtaking view of the lake, pool, and mountain. The main building’s flowing, leaf-shaped roofs are supported by structures inspired by natural leaf veins, blending organic design with practical shading and ventilation. These curved roofs help preserve the stunning views while adding a unique architectural touch.
The villas are designed in four distinct styles, each drawing from local inspirations like sea creatures and tropical plants. Larger multi-room units offer flexible layouts, all with generous space, natural materials, and lush landscaping. The heart of the resort is the Dragonfly building, home to the Crab Pool and a swim-up bar, bringing a vibrant yet relaxing atmosphere. Throughout the property, the design emphasizes soft-edged forms, tall ceilings, large windows, and natural light, enhancing both comfort and luxury.
The main building sits at an elegant angle near the entrance, creating a smooth and scenic arrival path. It features a spacious, open-air lobby that overlooks the lake and mountain, ideal for that unforgettable first photo. A nearby existing structure has been adapted for the kitchen and staff use, helping to simplify operations and reduce construction costs. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor dining, with seating for guests and visitors alike. Despite its distinctive curved shapes and tropical design, the building uses cost-effective construction methods and standard materials, achieving a refined look without unnecessary complexity.

The designs you see here are conceptual plans, which means they represent the early vision and direction for the project — not the final design. These plans focus on big ideas, such as layout, style, atmosphere, and how the spaces connect, rather than detailed finishes or construction materials.
At this stage, many images are shown as sketches or simplified 3D views to quickly communicate design intent. They’re not photo-realistic because the goal is to focus on the overall concept, not the final look or exact materials. These visuals are meant to start a conversation and guide the design process.
