The client envisioned transforming the existing hotel’s rooftop into a stunning Sea View Roof Garden and Terrace Bar, covering 600m². This rooftop space would offer panoramic views of the sea, providing guests with a serene and luxurious environment. Additionally, they requested the development of a 200m² Massage Spa on the ground floor, prominently facing the street to attract passersby and hotel guests alike.

For the rooftop terrace bar, we utilized and extended an existing elevator, ensuring seamless and convenient access for guests. To comply with architectural regulations, we designed a pitched roof that not only complements the aesthetic of the hotel but also provides shelter and character to the space. The elevated deck floor enhances the viewing experience, offering uninterrupted sea views.

The ground floor spa is designed to be a tranquil oasis, featuring a distinctive decorative element that imitates the soothing rays of the sun. Each room within the spa boasts custom-printed tile wall coverings, adding a unique and personalized touch to the décor. These bespoke tiles create a cohesive and visually appealing environment, enhancing the overall guest experience.
