I am the Senior Architect and Project Manager of Smarthitect Studio, a Phuket based full service architecture and design studio.

I hold a degree in Civil Engineering specializing in Bridge Construction from Széchenyi István University in Hungary, completed in 1989, and a degree in Architectural Design from the University of Budapest, completed in 1992. I began my professional career contributing to one of Hungary’s most significant infrastructure projects, the Hárosi Duna Bridge in Budapest, where I worked as a Quality Controller.

With more than 33 years of professional experience across Europe and Asia, I have worked as both architect and project manager on residential and commercial developments from concept through completion. In 2000, I founded Project System International Holding Co. Ltd. in Budapest, delivering fully integrated projects that included financing, design, construction, and sales under a single coordinated structure.

Following the global economic crisis in 2010, I relocated to Thailand and have since spent over a decade in Phuket working as a professional Project Manager. I later founded Smarthitect Studio, operated by Design and Build Phuket Co. Ltd., providing comprehensive architectural planning, design, and full project management services from initial concept through construction.

My professional focus is the balance of three essential elements in project delivery: quality, time, and cost. Many developments succeed in only two of these areas. At Smarthitect Studio, our approach is structured to achieve all three through intelligent design, careful material selection, organized coordination, and disciplined budget control.

By combining the roles of civil engineer, architect, and project manager within one accountable structure, projects benefit from clear coordination, reduced risk, effective cost control, regulatory compliance, and consistent quality. This integrated approach allows us to deliver European level quality adapted to local market conditions.
